Közép-Tisza Regional Water Construction and Telecommunications Ltd. (KÖTIVIÉP‘B Kft.) is a 100% Hungarian-owned private company, carrying forward the professional values of Közép-Tisza Regional Water Construction Ltd. (KÖTIVIÉP Kft.).
The restructured company has been operating since January 1, 1998, throughout the entire territory of Hungary. Its construction experience dates back several decades (from the 1960s as part of the Water Management Directorate, from 1994 as KÖTIVIÉP Kft.). With the “apport” of the full technical and execution staff of the market-oriented and efficiently run KÖTIVIÉP Kft., these valuable experiences have been successfully preserved and, with the addition of a tradition-rich new ownership partner, are being developed with even greater momentum.

Our activities cover the construction of sewage, stormwater, and drinking water networks; environmental investments; water and civil engineering structures; reinforced concrete facilities; building structures; hydromechanical and irrigation works—both as a main contractor and a general contractor. We also have our own machinery for dredging riverbeds and canals, stone works, embankment construction, and sheet piling works.
Our projects have been nominated for awards on several occasions, including the Lampl Hugó Award for the flood protection retaining wall and promenade in the inner city of Szolnok, and the Construction Industry Award of Excellence for the first mobile flood protection wall in Szentendre, the Kis-Delta flood retention reservoir, and the flood protection system developments in downtown Szeged.
